Hi, I’m Shenita, a life and relationship coach based in Anderson, SC, a sound therapy trainer, and a compassionate guide for big-hearted people who are ready to stop carrying the weight of the world and start living in alignment with their truth.

With a master’s degree in Counseling and advanced certifications in Positive Psychology Coaching, Neuroscience Coaching, Trauma-Informed Care, Reiki, Mindfulness, and more, I bring both depth and intention to every session. My approach blends emotional insight, energy work, and practical tools to support your healing, not just on the surface, but at the soul level.

But more than the credentials, I know what it feels like to pour into others while wondering when it will be your turn to feel whole, seen, and at peace. Only to feel the crushing weight of disappointment that comes when you realize you won’t get that from other people. That kind of healing has to start within, and that’s the journey I’m here to guide you through.
