Life Lessons from an Empath: What Being Sensitive Taught Me About Resilience
If you are an empath or highly sensitive person, you already know how powerful it can be to feel everything so deeply. It also taught me that resilience is not just about getting through challenges, but about doing so without closing yourself off to the beauty and truth of life. And finally, learning to extend self-compassion changed everything. Being kind to myself, especially in the moments I used to be most critical, gave me access to a deeper form of healing.
